Dear Friends and Community Members,

We are excited to announce the upcoming North Alabama Scottish Festival and Highland Games—a vibrant celebration of Scottish culture, music, athleticism, and tradition! This unforgettable event promises fun, learning, and excitement for all

ages, but we need your help to make it a resounding success.

Why Volunteer?

• Be Part of Something Special: Immerse yourself in Scottish heritage while

contributing to one of North Alabama’s most unique festivals.

• Meet New People: Connect with fellow community members, guests, and

participants from near and far.

 • Gain Valuable Experience: Develop skills in event planning, hospitality,

logistics, and teamwork.

 • Have Fun: Enjoy live entertainment, traditional games, and a festive

atmosphere—all while making a difference.

Volunteer Roles Available

We have opportunities for all ages and interests, including:

 • Event setup and breakdown

 • Welcoming and assisting guests

 • Helping with competitions and games

 • Managing parking and directions

 • Children's activities and family zones

Benefits:

In appreciation for your time, volunteers receive a letter documenting their hours

(if required for credit or community service), a festival T-shirt, free admission for
